Serve

We exist to follow Jesus every day through living a life of worship, connecting with others in community, and serving people by using our gifts and skills to share God’s love with them. God takes our gifts, our skills, and uses them to share His Gospel with people in our city and around the world. Serving can be done inside and outside of the church, whether it’s reading a bible story to kids on Sunday morning, greeting a guest, helping families in need around Dallas, or going on a trip to a foreign country.

PCBC Serves Brother Bill's Helping Hand

Wednesday Sept 20th at 6pm in the Reed Building, Room 306

PCBC Serves
Serve with us on campus. Each month during PCBC Serves, we will set aside one hour on a Wednesday night to engage in a hands-on serve project, hear from one of our ministry partners about how your giving is changing lives in Dallas and around the world. This fall PCBC Serves will host Brother Bill’s Helping Hand, Our Calling and The Last Well. Don’t miss these chances to make an impact and hear stories of how the Gospel is moving forward. Child care provided.

In September, we will serve BBHH by writing notes of encouragement for their Home Delivery neighbors. From BBHH:

We deliver groceries to 55 – 60 neighbors that are homebound or sick for a season on the 2nd Saturday of each month. The volunteers that deliver their groceries may be some of the only people these neighbors see in a given week (or even month). We thought they would truly love to receive hand written notes from you guys just encouraging them with kind words and scripture.

Volunteer on Campus

Each week hundreds of volunteers serve on our campus to help make our services and groups happen. By serving you will connect with people around the church while using your skills and talents for others.
