    PCBC’s partnership with Jack Lowe Sr. Elementary, located in the Vickery Meadow community, has enriched the lives of many students and families who are refugees to our area from all over the world. Through programs like Adopt-a-Teacher, A Jugar (“to play”), So-Royalty and Boys United afterschool clubs, plus readers, tutors and mentors – our church family invests in the lives of the entire Jack Lowe community on a weekly basis.

    • In 2018, Park Cities Baptist Church received the Outstanding Faith-Based Partner Award for our work at Jack Lowe Elementary at the DISD Volunteer and Partners Awards Program. {link to that story on website}
    • In 2019, Jack Lowe was nominated as a Blue Ribbon school in Texas, after having been in the bottom 50 schools in the state for over 4 years.

     “The reason is simple,” proclaims Principal Sandra Barrios. “It’s the people of PCBC joining hearts and hands with us at Jack Lowe Elementary!”
