Youth Music

The PCBC Youth Music Ministry welcomes anyone who wants to come and have fun and get to know the Lord better through great music and fellowship! Open to youth in grades 7-12, we have 2 opportunities for involvement in a singing group. The Youth Ensemble (mostly grades 10-12) rehearses on Sundays at 5:30 pm during the school year. The Youth Choir (mostly grades 7-9) meets in the Handbell Room on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30. Both groups are non-auditioned, so all can participate!

The Youth Ensemble sang this past year in several venues, including Christmas at Park Cities, Christmas in the Park, the caroling ministry and various church services and Sunday Schools. All of the members of the Ensemble went to Guatemala on a mission trip this past summer and were blessed to share their faith with Guatemalan children and teens alike.

The Youth Choir is a new group beginning this year. It grows out of the former Jr High Choir and is expanding by the addition of 9th graders to their program. They also participated in Christmas in the Park, Sunday morning worship services and Sunday schools.
