Wendy Waggoner
Director of Human Resources
Wendy is responsible for communicating, coordinating and facilitating all aspects of human resources for the church staff including benefits, payroll and employee relations.
She graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting IS, earned an MBA in Human Resource Management from University of North Texas and holds a PHR certification. Wendy joined the staff at Park Cities in October 2003 after working several years in corporate HR.
Wendy and her husband, Chip, have been active members of PCBC since the mid-90’s and they live in Dallas with their two children, Benjamin and Kate.
