Weekly Activities

Sundays

Sunday Bible study classes are arranged by school grade. Teachers lead small groups of guys and girls in reading the Bible and applying the text to meet the challenges of everyday life. The small group atmosphere encourages friendships and mutual support. Most classes also have occasional activities, parties and projects at other times during the week.

Starting Sunday, August 29, 2010, we will now have Bible Study for grades 7-12 in both the 9:20 hour and the 10:50 hour.

There will be bands in both hours for high school and awesome classes in both hours.  Early hour high school will have a 9^th and 10^th grade boys and girls class.  Andrew Heard will be teaching the boys and one of our best teachers from this past year will be teaching the girls.  High school will also have open-division classes in the early hour.  Open-division classes will be open to any student, any age (9^th-12^th), any gender.  The late hour will continue to run as it has this past year, but there will be fewer classes per grade as a result of students shifting to the early hour. 

Junior High will also hold classes in the early hour, featuring its full slate of staff, interns and lay leaders.  Programming will be identical for early and late hour Bible Study in junior high and high school.

Wednesdays

 On Wednesday nights, Park Cities Baptist Church is the place to be! Students from area schools meet up for worship, music and small groups as they catch up with each other and explore their spiritual interests. Junior high students meet in the Pit; high school in The Loft.
