Barry Pryor, chair
Barry PryorBarry is a former deacon chair and has also served as the chair of the Personnel Committee. He previously served on the search committee that selected Dr. Jim Denison 11 years ago. Barry and his wife, Deena, have been active as department directors in the young married adult ministry for many years. He has been on numerous mission trips, and helps lead worship in the Amigos de Dios service. Having recently retired, Barry is currently working as a volunteer in our missions department and serves as a trustee for Buckner International. Barry and Deena have two daughters, Carol Brosseau and Sally Taylor.


Deborah Sutton, vice chair

Debbie SuttonDeborah has served the church in many ways: as a member of the Construction Committee for the Community Life Center, as a trustee, as a Personnel Committee member, deacon and as our church moderator. She is active in the Esther Class and previously taught children for many years. Deb grew up in the church. Her parents, Morris and Marie Ethridge, are still active members. Professionally, Deb is an attorney for Dean Foods. She and husband, Craig, have one son, Montgomery.




Laura Dronzek

Laura DronzekLaura has served on both the Personnel Committee and the Finance Committee as well as on several search committees for other staff positions. She and her husband, Dennis, currently teach a two year old Sunday School class and previously taught in the singles ministry. Laura is also active in the choir. In the past, Laura has filled in to provide temporary leadership for both the music area and the children's area during times of transition.




Hilton Hemphill

Hilton HemphillHilton is a former deacon chairman and has chaired search committees for other positions here at the church. Hilton is formerly an adult Sunday School teacher and currently attends the Jordan class. Hilton is the current chairman of the board at Hardin Simmons University where they recently completed the search for a new president. He and his wife Carolyn have four sons, one of whom is in the mission field.




Mike Mason

Mike MasonMike is the current church treasurer and teaches an adult Sunday School class. He has been very active in RA leadership for many years and is a deacon. He has also served on the Finance Committee and has served on search committees for other staff positions. Mike is an executive in the Finance department with Trinity Industries. Mike and wife, Kelly, have three sons: Luke, Matt and Ben.





Mike McCullough, Jr.

Michael McCullough, Jr.Mike currently teaches an adult Sunday School class and also serves on the Stewardship Committee. He grew up in the church and his extended family including parents, Mike and Sharon, and brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Lissie are all active members of PCBC. Mike and his wife, Terry, have two sons Mac and Cy and one daughter, Maggie. Mike is an attorney with a private law practice.





Debbie Price

Debbie PriceDebbie is a wonderful prayer warrior. She has served for several years as the chair of our Prayer Committee and has led the church to study the Power of a Praying Husband and Wife books. Debbie has been an active leader in the married adults' ministry over the years and her husband, Philip, is currently a Sunday School teacher. Debbie and Philip's sons, Keith and Brett, are involved in the student ministry. Debbie's parents, Larry and Pat Byrd, are active in the church as well.




Larry Richardson

Larry RichardsonLarry has been a great leader in our missions ministry for many years. He currently heads the Jerusalem ministries area of the Missions Committee and is very involved in the ministries we sponsor at Cornerstone. He has been active member of the Men's Class and is a deacon. Larry owns the Flying Fish restaurant in Preston Center, is married to Brenda and has three children: Race, Hannah and Ryan.




Scott Robinson

Scott RobinsonScott currently serves with his wife, Carla, as the department directors for our youngest married adult department. They previously worked as a mentor couple in the Wayne Mason class. Scott has served as our church treasurer, is a deacon, and has served on the Finance Committee. While chairman of the Activities Committee, Scott helped lead the church to start the Upward Basketball program - a highly successful sports outreach program reaching hundreds of children and their families for Christ. Scott has also served as a trustee at Dallas Baptist University. Scott is an executive with the Archon Group. Scott and Carla have three sons: Neal, Caleb & Will.


Carol Strong

Carol StrongCarol has served on the Personnel Committee and on many search committees in the past. She is currently serving on the HomeWorks Committee. Carol and husband, Page, have a wonderful ministry of presenting the Bible story through drama to our 3 and 4 year olds every week in Wee Worship. The Strongs are the owners of Flash Photography and have two daughters, Blair and Cameron.





Mary Stuart

Mary StuartMary has been a member of PCBC since 1970 and brings a great deal of experience to the search committee having served on the denominational affairs committee and the missions committee. She has been on mission trips, is a longtime member of the choir and has served in the WMU and Ladies Bible Study leadership. She is a member of the Truthseekers' Sunday School class.





Stephanie White

Stephanie WhiteStephanie is active in our young adult ministry and, along with her husband Frank, is currently a care group leader in the Young Professionals Class. She grew up in Jim Pleitz's church in Pensacola. She is a lawyer working as a special advocate with children who need representation in court.

Stephanie and her husband moved back to Florida in March 2010, in advance of the birth of their twins. Her valuable contributions to our work were deeply appreciated and admired, and she will be greatly missed.






David Harper

David HarperDavid is the current chairman of the fellowship of deacons and will serve ex officio, with the stipulation that he will remain on the committee until the conclusion of its work even if it extends beyond his term as Trustee President. David and his wife, Cindy, served for many years as Sunday School teachers with married adults. David previously served on the Personnel Committee where he chaired search committees for other staff members and also served as the Chairman of the Finance Committee. David is an attorney with Haynes and Boone. David and Cindy have two sons, Jonathan and Joshua.
