3.  Cornerstone Clothing Distribution to the Homeless

Purpose

7.  Cornerstone Park Manor Nursing Home Visitation

Purpose

Description
Provide crafts and fellowship for residents at this property owned and operated by the Dallas Housing Authority for low-income residents.

8.  Dallas Fire and Rescue Smoke Detector Installation

Purpose
Show compassion by helping make homes owned by elderly people and families in need safer.

South Dallas, volunteers will receive the exact meeting location prior to Ministry Day

Description
The fire department will group volunteers with fire personnel.  Volunteers will help carry supplies, complete questionnaires, and install the smoke detectors.  The residents enjoy the time visiting while their smoke detector is installed.

9.  Dallas Pregnancy Resource Center Organization of Baby Room        

Purpose
Show compassion.

Description
Sort and organize baby items, baby clothes, and maternity clothes in their Baby Room and pray for the mothers who are clients.

 


     

10.  Humanitarian Aid Packing for Cornerstone and First Baptist Church, Galveston

Purpose
Equip those involved in our Cornerstone ministry to the homeless and our disaster relief ministry to show compassion, build relationships, and evangelize.

Description
Prepare humanitarian aid packages for the homeless ministry at Cornerstone Baptist church and for the hurricane victims at First Baptist Church in Galveston for a disaster relief mission trip to Galveston in July.
 


 

11. In-Home Member Prayer Project

Purpose
Pray for the Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the Ends of the Earth Ministries at PCBC.

Description
Our in-home members will have the opportunity to be involved in our Acts 1:8 ministries by praying for Ministry Day and PCBC's ongoing 1:8 ministries.

Support missionaries furloughing in our mission house.

19. Upendo Baptist Church Clean-up

Support a local Kenyan Baptist Church in its efforts to show compassion, build relationships, evangelize, and disciple.

20. VBS Supply Kit Packing for Cuba Mission Trip (project being staffed by Floyd's Faithfuls class)

Equip PCBC members and Cuban churches to show compassion, build relationships, and share the Gospel with children in Cuba.
