PCBC Parking Update

Preston Center Plaza, just to the west of the church, will soon begin construction of a five-story mixed-use building that will include office and retail space, the University Park Library and a 450-car underground garage. In our continuing efforts to be a good neighbor to the businesses to our west as well as the community as a whole, we will open the P3 level of the PCBC Parking Garage to the employees of the Plaza retail shops during the period of construction, which will be approximately 16 months.
In our discussions with the owners and management of Preston Center Plaza, they graciously offered to allow the church to use 250 parking spaces on Sundays only. The spaces will be on the north side of Villanova, from the fountain north to Northwest Highway. They have asked that we do not park in the spaces on the south side of Villanova (the Tom Thumb side) during construction. Please help us be good neighbors and abide by this request. Once the construction is complete, PCBC will have access to the first floor of the new garage.
As we eagerly anticipate the amazing ways the Lord will use Park Cities Baptist Church to further His Kingdom this fall and in the years to come, this new opportunity to provide parking space to our guests and members is just one of the tangible blessings we can already see.
