Tom Mosley
Interim Music/Worship Pastor

Tom Mosley began his ministry as Interim Music/Worship Pastor August 23, 2009. Tom gives overall leadership and guidance to our 3 worship venues and staff: Sanctuary, Great Hall, Amigos de Dios. He directs Sanctuary Choir and Sanctuary worship each Sunday.
Tom has served as Music/Worship Pastor at Green Acres Baptist Church/Tyler, First Baptist Church/Abilene, Tallowood Baptist Church/Houston, and, First Baptist Church/Houston. He served as founding pastor of The Church at Hilton Head, SC, and was Director of Leadership and Ministries at Howard Payne University in Brownwood. He also directed the University Singers and served as Campus Chaplain. Tom was Director of Ministries for Passion Conferences, Alpharetta, Georgia, and has served on the Board of Passion Conferences since 1986.
Tom’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in music education from Hardin-Simmons University, graduate studies in music from Southwestern Theological Seminary, Texas Christian University, and Eastman School of Music.
Tom and his wife, Nona, have two children (twins!), Marcus and Melinda, and 5 grandchildren.

Johnny Fuller
Associate Minister of Music
Johnny has been involved at Park Cities Baptist Church since 1998. He began as an orchestral arranger and student conductor. From 2003 to 2006 he served as Orchestra Conductor, after which he became Associate Minister of Music. Before coming to PCBC, Johnny served on staff at First Baptist Church of Dallas.
Johnny has studied under such illustrious conductors as Dr. Stephen Holcomb, Dr. David Keith, Anshel Brusilow and Donald Neuen. He is the Founder and Music Director of the New Life Symphony Orchestra, which was organized in 2002. Johnny has worked with the Lone Star Youth Orchestra, the Dallas Asian American Youth Orchestra and the Allen Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra and has conducted at the Charles W. Eisemann Center, the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, the concert hall of Beloselsky-Belozersky Palace in St. Petersburg and the world-renowned Tchaikovsky Concert Hall in Moscow. He has served as a conducting clinician in Brazil and Russia. His article, “When You Don’t Have A Clarinet?,” was published in The Chorister in August of 2001.
Johnny earned a Bachelor of Church Music with a concentration in theory and composition from Dallas Baptist University in 1999, where he received a Music Honor Award and Music Recognition Award. He completed a Masters in Orchestral Conducting from University of North Texas in 2006. Johnny and his wife, Heather, a cellist, have 2 daughters, Hannah and Ally (who went to be with our Lord on her 8 month birthday), and 2 sons, Isaac and Andrew. The Fullers reside in Allen, Texas.

Barbara Loest
Music & Worship Associate
Barbara Loest has been an active member at Park Cities Baptist Church for all of her adult life. She joined our staff full-time in 1998 as pianist. Since then, her talents have allowed her to lead out in many different areas; as Sunday morning Program Director our traditional service, former Vocal Team leader for the contemporary service, ensemble and solo director/pianist in our traditional service and leading worship for several of our prayer groups here at PCBC. She is also the director for the Noteables Choir and our Youth Ensemble.
Barbara has been the director of several groups and duos which have won national acclaim at the GMA Music in the Rockies seminar, Ridgecrest and Glorieta leadership retreats, Youth and Singles Conferences all over the nation. She regularly participates as a worship leader for various Women’s Retreats and accompanies many soloists from our church and throughout the Metroplex.

Beverly Golden
Children's Choir Coordinator/Director of Handbell Choirs
Beverly Golden is responsible for coordinating the work of the Children’s Choirs, ages 2 through 12 years of age. In addition to these responsibilities, Beverly directs the Carillon Ringers, Sanctuary Handbell Choir and Children’s Handbell Choir.
Beverly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Baylor University and her Master’s Degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She has served in music ministry in Baptist churches for over 30 years.
Beverly and her husband, Gary, have been members of Park Cities Baptist Church since 1996. They have two adult children, Celeste and Geoffrey.

Linda Harley
Carol Choir & Youth Choir Director
Linda Harley leads Carol Choir at PCBC and is developing a Youth Choir for singers in grades 7-9. She is also the Associate Conductor of the Children’s Chorus of Greater Dallas where she joined the staff in the fall of 1999.
Mrs. Harley has taught public elementary music and middle school choral music in both the Houston and Dallas areas. She is a contributing writer for the new Macmillan/MacGraw -Hill Music Program and has prepared children to sing and record for various published music textbook series. Linda leads clinics and festivals, adjudicates choral and vocal competitions and serves as a Music Quality Review Panelist for Big Thought, an organization which identifies quality learning in the Fine Arts Programs of the Dallas Independent School District.
A native of College Station, Texas, Linda earned both the Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Music degrees from the University of Texas. She has completed extensive work in the doctoral program at the University of North Texas. She is affiliated with Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Choral Directors Association, American Choral Directors Association and Choristers Guild.
