Jerusalem - Sharing our faith, lending a hand

Mentoring Program

Jerusalem locations are gospel centers – places where the church is strong and growing. We have identified the Dallas area as our Jerusalem. Here are some of the initiatives underway:

“Being involved in the Jerusalem Ministry, which focuses on Cornerstone and Vickery, gives us the chance to share our faith with the lost and help others who need a hand. Equipping individuals who we’re helping has been an important focus for us. It’s very important that they’re given the opportunity to help others in their neighborhood.” - Larry Richardson

Vickery
We partner with Buckner International to provide about 200 volunteers a week who mentor, help students in after-school programs, and host “Cool Kids” and special events at two elementary schools. We also support a wellness center at an apartment complex. As a result of our community outreach, God has blessed and grown our bilingual Sunday morning worship service, Amigos de Dios, which meets in the Gym. More Info

Cornerstone
We provide funding and volunteers to feed and help the homeless each week at Cornerstone Baptist Church near Fair Park. PCBC has funded construction of a school at the church, and our church has built a shower facility for the homeless. View Photos
