Congregational Care

At PCBC we help people through our Congregational Care Ministries that are focused on knowing Christ, growing in Christ and showing Christ to others. They offer tangible opportunities for PCBC members to get engaged in the life of the church and are also great ways to reach out to the community. We urge you to take advantage of the resources and support offered for everyday needs, major life transitions and spiritual care and growth. Examples include Career Transition Workshop, GriefShare, ManPower, Infertility Support Group, Belong: Adoption and Foster Care Ministry, Stepping-Up 12 step recovery support groups, Grace Alliance—mental health support groups for family and peers, regular silent retreats, spiritual counseling and support as well as many others.

Care and Recovery Ministry

The Care and Recovery ministry at PCBC is about helping Christ followers who feel trapped by feelings, behaviors and thought patterns that leave them with shame, guilt and despair learn to overcome through their personal relationship with Christ.

Our theme verse is Revelation 12:11: "They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony."

Our ministry is to support those struggling with mental health issues (depression, anxiety, and bipolar), addictions (chemical, pornography, food, gambling) relationship struggles (codependency, abuse), and more.
