Zumba Exercise Class

Come join us this summer for a great way to exercise through dance.

Monday, 6:00 pm-7:00 pm
Location: Activities Building, Gym
Session #1 May 22, June 5, 12, 19; Session #2 July 10 - July 31 $20.00 per session

Tuesday & Thursday, 9:00 am-10:00am
Location: Activities Parlor (2nd floor, Activities Building)
Session #1 May 23, 25, 30, June 1, 13, 15, 20, 22; Session #2 July 11- Aug 3 $35.00 per session

Joint Effort Exercise Class

Strengthening, flexibility, balance and more exercises! All equipment provided.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30-9:30 am

  • $15 per 10 week session

Incorporates cardio, toning, sculpting, balance and flexibility through music.
