What: Bring a Yoga mat (there will be some available for use)
Cost: Pre-Paid Sessions (up until 1/22): $100
Walk-Ins welcomed - $10 per class

Joint Effort Exercise Class

Strengthening, flexibility, balance and more exercises! All equipment provided.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30-9:30 am

  • Activities Building, gym
  • Summer classes held in the Activities Parlor (2nd floor, Activities Building)
  • $15 per 10 week session
  • Instructor: Laurie Tharp

REFIT Exercise Class

Incorporates cardio, toning, sculpting, balance and flexibility through music.

Wednesday: 6 pm – 7 pm

Donation based classes. For all fitness levels. Bring a water bottle.
