30 minutes of bench/step workout and 30 minutes of core, strengthening, flexibility and more exercises. All equipment provided. New session begins Monday July 19! Regular schedule Mondays & Thursdays from 6:00–7:00 p.m., Gym, Activities Building, $25 per 8 week session. Call the Activities Office, 214.860.1570.
Joint Effort Class
Strengthening, flexibility, balance and more exercises! All equipment provided. Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 – 9:30 a.m., Activities Parlor, Activities Building, (2nd floor above the gym), $15 per 10 week session. Call the Activities Office, 214.860.1570.
Boot Camp Fitness
Couch potatoes and professional athletes alike can benefit from Boot Camp Fitness. Boot Camp programs combine calisthenics, strength training, cardio endurance, agility drills and more to give participants a full-body workout that is sure to get results.
