Aerobics & More

30 minutes Bench Step Aerobics. 30 minutes Core, Flexibility & Strengthening Exercises and More! Mondays and Thursdays, 6:00–7:00 p.m., Activities Building Gym, $25.00 for 8 week session. Joint Effort Class

Strengthening, flexibility, balance and more exercises! All equipment provided. Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 – 9:30 a.m., Activities Parlor, Activities Building, (2nd floor above the gym), $15 per 10 week session. Call the Activities Office, 214.860.1570.


Boot Camp Fitness

Couch potatoes and professional athletes alike can benefit from Boot Camp Fitness. Boot Camp programs combine calisthenics, strength training, cardio endurance, agility drills and more to give participants a full-body workout that is sure to get results.
